On behalf of MSPA Europe it is my pleasure to invite you to be part of the MSPA Europe Annual Conference 2008 in Berlin. This year’s conference will again cover very interesting issues for experienced members, new ones, and clients too - how to “Serve better your clients and sell more”! The conference will be a great opportunity to learn about the latest trends in the industry, hear great speakers and, of course, to network; meeting old and new friends in the mystery shopping industry from Europe and around the world. Members voted for Berlin as their favourite MSPA Europe destination for 2008, so we are expecting record attendance. It is a really exciting and interested city, bustling with growth and energy and you will have a good chance to see the sights and get a good taste for the city and for Germany. The conference will be held at the 4+ star Mövenpick Hotel in the middle of Berlin’s city centre. Mystery shopping is fast growing and fast changing so you need to be at the 2008 conference. This is our 9th conference in Europe and the expert speakers will be from many countries and include both mystery shopping experts, providers and clients, discussing vital areas of interest to both large and small companies.
