To register for the upcoming conference in Berlin, please complete the following form. Please use a separate form for each person.
The registration fee includes registration for the Conference, all materials and scheduled food functions:reception / buffet dinner 21/5/08, coffee/tea, lunches. Note that other dinners and Optional Events are not included.
Optional Event: Berlin Dinner Event - including a short sightseeing tour of Berlin. Participation ONE day: Welcome reception is included in the registration fee. If you participate the conference for ONE day only, please advice us which day you like to come: Thursday Friday Not Applicable

Payment: Prices are per person. Participants will be sent an invoice which must be paid before the Conference. Cancellation policy: Cancellation is only possible in writing. If cancellation is before March 29th; € 200 will be charged per cancellation for administrative purposes. If cancelling after March 29th the full registration fee will be charged.

Hotel prices are in EUROs. The Mövenpick Hotel is the official conference hotel. You can complete the special MSPA reservation form to make your hotel booking in the Mövenpick hotel and return it DIRECTLY to the hotel. Your registration form should be returned to the MSPA Europe office. The Mövenpick Hotel have blocked a limited number of rooms until 26th March and special MSPA rates are mentioned above. For your information; if you like to book a room in a different hotel, the IBIS hotel and Accor Suite hotel are located in the same street as the Mövenpick hotel.
