This Certification course is designed to help mystery shoppers and the whole industry by ensuring that all qualified shoppers have a basic knowledge and understanding of the mystery shopping market and how to carry out mystery shopping assignments. If you pass this Certification test you will receive a certificate and be listed by MSPA Europe as a certified mystery shopper. This also means that when you apply for mystery shopping assignments most mystery shopping agencies will choose you over an uncertified shopper with the same necessary demographics for the assignment. The small amount of money that you will pay for this test will go towards further training and other services offered by MSPA Europe to its members and to the industry to ensure that our industry is even more professional and effective.

Your Investment

Now, please take just 45 minutes for reading and answering the certification questions on-line. This is the only way to take this certification test. Please regard the 45 minutes and the 10 euros [£ 6.70 / USD 13,50] as an investment in the future – in your job as a professional mystery shopper. How to pay?

We have an easy way for you to pay by credit card (VISA or EUROMASTERCARD), if you accept the normal payment terms.

How long is my MSPA European Certificate valid?

Your certificate is valid until December 2008, when this test will have to be retaken. We will keep you informed of the details.

What do you receive?

You will receive your MSPA Mystery Shopper Certificate within three weeks after we have received your payment. As a certified Mystery shopper you are of great value to mystery shopping agencies, and most will be happy to register you on their database if they need people with your demographics! It will make it easier for qualified mystery shoppers to get work depending on their personal details, availability, the detailed arrangements between you and the mystery shopping agency, and the mystery shopping projects in your area.

What happens if I fail the test?

You will be told immediately at the end of the test. But don’t worry; you will be able to re-take the certification test 30 days later at the same price. You must pay each time you take the test.(Back to top)
